These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to your access to and use of the web application ZentoVault ("Application") provided by Zentopayments S.L, Company Registration Number B70877386, VAT Number ESB70877386, address Calle Decano Antonio Zedano Ptl.1 2a - Oficina 32, 29620, Torremolinos, Malaga, Spain ("We", "Us", and "Our").

1. Application and Services
You can access the Application through Our website at www.zentovault.com.
Through the Application, you can access the following services ("Services"):
- Use of the Application - Access to our web-based platform for managing digital assets and fiat currency.
- Virtual Asset Services - Provisioning a virtual asset wallet/account and providing virtual asset exchange and transfer services for supported cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and USDC.
- Virtual IBAN Issuing - For Euro (EUR) fiat currency deposits and withdrawals via SEPA transfers.
Your use of the Application and Services is governed by these Terms. By accessing or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Services are provided in cooperation with Our third-party provider(s). Your use of the Services is hence additionally subject to the terms of our third-party provider(s) which you must accept before using the Services.
Virtual Asset services are provided, and Virtual IBAN issuing and transacting is made available by Striga Technology OÜ (registry code: 16298772), address: Sepapaja 6, Tallinn, Estonia, in accordance with its terms and conditions.
2. Account Creation
If you wish to use the Services, you must create an account in the Application. Your account must be linked to a valid e-mail address, and you must create a password that you will be using to log in to your account.
During the registration process, you will be required to verify your email address and complete identity verification (KYC) in accordance with applicable regulations. Requirements of Our third-party service provider(s) apply for account creation and access to Services.
Your password to access the Application is stored by Us using industry-standard encryption protocols. We implement secure hashing algorithms and never store passwords in plain text.
3. Fees
We charge the following fees for the Services we provide through the Application:

Virtual Asset Withdrawal fees are based on the applicable blockchain network fee at the time of withdrawal. This fee is collected by Our third-party provider Striga Technology OÜ. We do not charge any additional fee for Virtual Asset Withdrawals.
We collect the above fees through our third-party provider Striga Technology OÜ. We guarantee that we instruct Striga Technology OÜ to debit the fees payable by you from your account in accordance with the pricing applicable to you. We assume sole liability for compensating charged fees to which you have not consented.

4. System Security and Downtimes
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your account and data, including:
- SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmission
- Secure password hashing and storage
- Regular security audits and monitoring
- Two-factor authentication options
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for the Application. However, scheduled maintenance may occasionally be required. We will endeavor to provide advance notice of any planned maintenance that may affect service availability. Unscheduled downtime may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
5. Data Processing
We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
To the extent we process your data upon the instructions of Striga Technology OÜ, we act as a data processor, but upon processing any additional personal data and/or for additional purposes, we act as a data controller.
6. Customer Support
We provide customer support via email at info@zentovault.com.
Our support team aims to respond to all inquiries within:
- General inquiries: Within 2 business days
- Account issues: Within 1 business day
- Urgent matters (suspected fraud, account security): Within 24 hours
For complaints and claims, please contact us at info@zentovault.com with the subject line "Complaint" or "Claim". We will acknowledge receipt within 2 business days and provide a substantive response within 15 business days.
7. User Obligations
By using the Application, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration
- Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
- Use the Services only for lawful purposes
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not attempt to circumvent any security measures
8. Intellectual Property
The Application, including its design, logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of Zentopayments S.L or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Application without our express written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zentopayments S.L shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Services.
10. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Effective as of" date. Your continued use of the Application after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at info@zentovault.com. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaga, Spain.
13. Third-Party Services
Virtual Asset services and Virtual IBAN services are provided by Striga Technology OÜ. Your use of these services is subject to Striga's Terms of Service.
